Shipping: Most items are UPS shippable. Larger racks, larger floor trays, shipping multiple items
and poinsettias- call for shipping charges.

Returns: Racks are custom made, therefore any
returns are at the management discretion. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt.

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns. All items being returned must be UNUSED and in ORIGINAL BOXES. Shipping charges on returns are paid by the customer.

Freight Claims: Any damages incurred in a truck shipment must be handled by you the customer, directly with the freight company.
