Fulfillment and Return Policy
Following the secure checkout of online-purchase eligible items on creativedisplaycenter.com, We try to ship most items within 7-10 days but shipping times vary and there is no guarantee of shipping time. Orders consisting of multiple items may be shipped from multiple locations and/or shipped in multiple packages. Not all items may arrive on the same exact day or time, but usually in very close proximity.
For items requiring a phone call to customer service to complete your order, Creative Displays Inc. will take your secure payment over the phone. An receipt will be emailed to you if requested. Refunds & Returns
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. There is a 15% restocking fee.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless a waiver or other arrangement is granted by Creative Displays Inc. management staff.
